Delivery & Dispatch Policy

This policy explains how MontB Automotive Holdings Ltd, trading as Outens Tyres, handles the dispatch and delivery of online orders.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Some Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote locations may take longer or attract an additional delivery charge. Where applicable, this will be shown or confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery service

We primarily use Royal Mail for delivery. We may use an alternative courier where the size, weight or nature of the goods makes Royal Mail unsuitable.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Charges may vary according to the size and weight of the order and the delivery location.

Delivery times

Unless a different timeframe is displayed on the product page or at checkout, customers should normally allow approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch for delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, severe weather, Royal Mail or courier disruption, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact Outens Tyres and we will investigate the delivery.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected, we may charge the reasonable cost of redelivery.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the goods where possible and contact us as soon as reasonably possible, quoting your order number.
